Deposit - 30% required within 14 days to confirm reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, personal checks, money orders or bank wire transfers for deposits.

Balance - due 60 days before rental period. Checks, money order or bank wire transfers only.

Cancellations - 60 days prior to departure date full refund less 10% cancellation fee (based on the deposit). Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly.
