Terms and Conditions for Payment and Cancellation:
Deposit - 25% required within 14
days to confirm reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express, personal checks, money orders or bank wire
transfers.
Balance - due 60 days before rental
period.
Cancellations - 60 days prior to
departure date full refund less 20% cancellation fee plus costs incurred by SunVillas for credit card processing and bank wire transfers on money already paid. Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property
can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to
your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of
persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed
