Villa rates can be sorted, using the drop down list below, and viewed
any way that is convenient.
- Special rates and conditions apply to Christmas, New Year, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks.
- Rates Government Consumption Tax (GCT), except for Moondance, Silent Waters, Buccaneer, Coral Cay and Bluefield's Bay villas.
- Rates full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener,
laundress)
- Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week.
- Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights
during high season (winter). There is a 10% surcharge
on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates
are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding
10% surcharge. Some villas require a full week stay year round.
- Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates
of exchange would apply (Currency
Converter)

- 25% required within 14 days to confirm reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express, personal checks, money orders or bank wire
transfers for deposits. See payment by credit
card option.

- due 60 days before rental period. Checks, money order or bank wire transfers
only.

- 60 days prior to departure date full refund less 20% cancellation fee plus costs incurred by SunVillas for credit card processing and bank wire transfers on money already paid. Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property
can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your
reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your
group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly.
