Rental Terms and Conditions:

  1. Thanksgiving Week 2008 is considered November 22-29 or November 23-30 (one-week minimum stay).
  2. Deposit - 30% required within 14 days to confirm reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express , personal checks, money orders or bank wire transfers.
  3. Balance - due 60 days before departure
  4. Cancellations - 60 days prior to departure date full refund less 10% cancellation fee (based on the deposit). Less than 60 days a refund will be given only if the property can be rented. All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing, and faxed, emailed or mailed to us promptly.
