Avalon Villa is a beautiful one story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa nestled in a lush tropical garden overlooking the sea and approximately 3 miles east of the town of Ocho Rios. The villa also has a separate studio unit that can be rented along with the main house to provide 4 bedrooms.

The villa interior consists of a lovely living room and dining area which open up to the outside via a long covered verandah facing the pool and ocean. The verandah has comfortable seating areas and lounge chairs.

Outdoors the villa has a large fresh water pool.  Ocean access is via a short path that leads to a stairway down the cliff to a sea side swimming terrace. Swimming at this location is only possible during very calm periods due to the rocky nature of the cove.

Bedroom Configuration:
Equal size bedrooms all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and full bathrooms.

-Master Bedroom - Bedroom 1  King 4 poster bed with private bathroom, cable TV, phone and VCR. Opens directly to the verandah and pool.
-Bedroom 2  Twin or King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, cable TV, opens to garden view.
-Bedroom 3  Queen bedroom with full bath and cable TV. Opens directly to the verandah and pool.
-Studio - Bedroom 4  King bedroom; private bathroom with en-suite bathroom and cable TV. The studio has a private sitting area and sea views.

A newly added party area with wet bar, terrace overlooking the sea and expansive lawns provide the ideal setting for large weddings (up to 200 guests) and parties. This area includes a seaside (30 x 80 foot) outdoor entertainment area, bar and two powder rooms. The villa has a full set of lights and decorations that can be rented to decorate the trees, bar and terrace for your special event. Venue fees are $15/person up to $1000 maximum. The entertainment area will allow a total of 200 guests for weddings or parties. There is a three night minimum stay in summer and one week in winter season.

Avalon has a full staff of five, composed of cook, two housekeepers laundress and gardener.
