Coconut Cottage

 

 

   Coconut Cottage is part of the original Round Hill Estate and is located on the lush "Jamaican Riviera" side of Montego Bay.  The villa has a spacious 3 bedroom main house with pool and a lovely, romantically secluded, 2 bedroom cottage for a total of 5 bedrooms.  Situated to take advantage of the trade winds, the villa looks out to a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea and Montego Bay.  At night the town lights twinkle in the distance. Coconut Cottage has been completely renovated in 2011 and has a Round Hill Resort membership (located a quarter mile away).

The beamed, high ceiling living room, with comfortable tropical furniture, opens to a lovely covered verandah that runs the length of the property and overlooks the pool and sea.   Meals are served on the verandah, including candlelight dinners.

The cottage is reached by a meandering path from the main house.  The cottage has two large bedroom suites with beautiful Jamaican bamboo furniture and private baths.

Outdoors the villa is surrounded by gardens and rolling lawns overlooking the sea.   The private, fresh water pool has comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing pool side. Coconut Cottage has a full membership at the nearby Round Hill Resort. The Round Hill beach is just a short quarter mile from Coconut Cottage. Also enjoy all the facilities including tennis, pool, spa, cocktail bars and fine dining.

Bedroom Configuration:
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms with tub and shower.

Main House
-Bedroom 1 - Mahogany 4-poster king bed, this large bedroom opens onto the verandah by large louvered doors. This bedroom also has cable TV.
-Bedroom 2 - Mahogany 4 poster queen bed with double doors to the garden and pool.
-Bedroom 3 - Mahogany 4 poster queen bed with double doors to the garden and pool area.

Cottage
-Bedroom 4 - Large private suite with Jamaican bamboo 4-poster king bed, this bedroom looks out to the sea and lush rolling countryside. This bedroom also has cable TV.
-Bedroom 5  - Large private suite with optional king or twin beds, this bedroom looks out to the sea.

Coconut Cottage has a staff of 4, comprised of cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener/security.
