Coquina Villa, is a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom seaside cottage located on Jamaica's south coast in the beautiful Treasure Beach area. The villa is situated on a rise above the beautiful Great Pedro Bay and beach. The house was built as a sister villa to Blue Marlin, and has until recently been used primarily as a family beach home.

The Coquina sits along with its sister villa Blue Marlin on 2.5 acres of beautiful gardens that are designed to thrive in the arid climate of the area. Treasure Beach is know for its sunshine with more hours than any other tourist location in Jamaica. The privacy of each villa is enhanced by a grove of lignum vitae trees whose blooms attract thousands of butterflies in spectacular displays twice each year.

The beach is one of the finest on the south coast and offers excellent swimming and snorkeling. It is also a haven for shell collectors. You can admire the amazing collection of shells and artifacts collected by the family over the years. The area was also the site of an Arawak village, and it is still possible to find artifacts buried just below the surface.

Coquina is the ideal location for the traveler looking for a truly relaxing and unique experience away from the bustle of a resort area.

Bedroom Configuration:

Bedrooms are not air-conditioned but all have ceiling fans and take advantage of the cooling sea breezes.

-Bedroom 1 downstairs, has twin beds with en-suite bathroom
-Bedroom 2 has a king bed and en-suite bathroom
-Bedroom 3 has king or twin beds and en-suite bathroom

The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and yardman.
