Fairway Manor is a 7,000 square foot fully staffed 7-bedroom/8-bathroom private villa nestled on a hillside amidst lush tropical gardens and overlooking the prestigious Half Moon Bay golf course on the east side of Montego Bay.

The villa is designed so that most rooms open onto cool verandahs and balconies offering spectacular views of the villa's gardens, Half Moon Bay golf course, and the blue Caribbean Sea and sky.  Fairway Manor is less than 5 minutes from 4 championship golf courses: Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, Rose Hall Resort and Ironshore. Complimentary membership at the Four Star deluxe Rose Hall Resort and Country Club is included for all guests.

Fairway Manor has a large living room and dining area located on the upper (entrance) level.   The large, vaulted ceiling living and dining room is beautifully furnished with French doors opening to an upper covered verandah.  The verandah is often used for outdoor dining or relaxing with views out to the sea.

Bedroom Configuration:

-Master Bedroom 1   The spacious upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large hot tub, marble vanity and French doors open to balcony. The bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. (300 sq .ft.)
-Master Bedroom 2   This upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower.   There are French doors that open to a large balcony.  The bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. (300 sq .ft.)

Bedrooms #3-7 are located on the first floor and are all air conditioned.
-Bedroom 3   King-size or twin beds at guest's option. Private bathrooms have tub/shower combination and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. (240 sq. ft.)
-Bedroom 4    King-size or twin beds at guest's option. Private bathrooms have tub/shower combination and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. (240 sq. ft.)
-Bedroom 5   King-size or twin beds at guest's option. Private bathrooms have tub/shower combination and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. (240 sq. ft.)
-Bedroom 6  This suite has a double bed and cozy sitting area. The private bathroom has tiled walk-in shower and marble vanity. This room opens to private garden patio and interior hallway. (200 sq. ft.)
-Bedroom 7  This bedroom has either a king size or twin beds at guests’ option. It also has a day bed. The private bathroom has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. The room opens to a private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway. (288 sq ft)

From the kitchen, delicious meals are prepared by the live-in cook and served in the inside dining area, on the candlelit pool side verandah or the upstairs balcony. The villa also has a butler, housekeeper/laundress and grounds man.

Villa rental includes complimentary membership at the exclusive Half Moon Bay Club from May 1 - Oct 31, 2008, a 5 minute drive from the villa.
