Frankfort is possibly the most desirable property in Jamaica. The secluded white sand beach is an attraction that has been enjoyed by some of the greatest luminaries of the 20th century including: Sir Winston Churchill, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Mr. Pierre Trudeau as well as royalty and other prime ministers.  This winter home of the plantation owner has also become a home away from home for some of the more prominent stars of modern popular culture. Frankfort has now undergone a total interior renovation in 2004 that has transformed it into one of the most spectacular properties in Jamaica. New travertine floors, bathrooms, and exquisite European furniture. The villa has wireless, high speed ADSL throughout, even on the beach! The old sugar wharf house of the 18th Century still retains it's original beamed ceilings and fortified stone walls but now has been renovated into a spacious and airy dining room and living room. Included in the Frankfort rental, is another charming house situated right on the beach. This old School House is self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom and living room. A romantic hideaway where guests can sleep with the soothing sound of the Caribbean sea lapping against Jamaica's most exclusive beach. The School House has also been completed renovated with new furnishings, bathroom and the addition of an exercise area with new high end treadmill. The School House also has wireless ADSL.

Frankfort’s two acres include a 6,000-square-foot soft lawn and the remarkable 7,500-square-foot private beach. The private beach at Frankfort has to be the finest white sand beach in Jamaica. In addition the villa has recently added an 8 person hot tub close to the beach.

Bedroom Configuration:

Each bedroom in the main house has a flat screen television and opens through double doors to the 80' balcony and ocean view. Each bathroom has chic Euro-design Grohe fixtures, double-basin vanity and glass-wall shower. While all bedrooms have blackout curtains and remote-control quiet air conditioning, you may opt to sleep with doors open to the sound of waves lapping on the beach.

-Bedroom 1 King master bedroom located on the second level with luxurious private bath including a rainfall shower, French doors to expansive verandah overlooking beach
-Bedroom 2 King or twin bedroom on the second level with access to large verandah overlooking the beach. This bedroom also has a double sofa bed.
-Bedroom 3 King or twin bedroom on second level with access to large verandah overlooking the beach. Also has a queen sofa bed.

School House
-Downstairs Living room, television, double sofa bed, mini fridge, NordicTrack Incline and Weslo Cadence
- Upstairs Optional kingsize or twin beds, en-suite bathroom with double-basin marble vanity and walk-in shower. Directly overlooks the beach and ocean.

As with all of the luxurious Prospect villas, the house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress and all night security. The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.

Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course, jitney and horse back riding tours all within an easy 5 minute walk of the villa. Guest receive a 50% discounts on greens fees from Sandals Upton Golf Club. Prospect also has an arrangement with Sans Souci Couples (less than a mile away) for discounts on spa, tennis courts, beach, gym etc.
