Alan and Reg, Our family vacation at Golden Clouds left my husband and I speechless. No matter where we were on the estate there were flowers and sunshine! The meals were delicious and the desserts were beyond yummy. The whole staff was so much fun and were always there when you needed something. Our expectations were met and then exceeded!! The sand beach and the dock - snorkeling...The shuffle board -The jerk chicken -The beautiful Garden -I could go on forever...I can not think of one thing I would have changed, except of course the road construction, but no worries, it was part of the trip. Thank you so much for all your assistance in the most spectcular vacation I have ever experienced. We hope some day to take our children and grandchildren there. thank you, Greg and Kim

Hello Reggie and Alan,  Our stay at Golden Clouds was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. I'm just getting back to my daily routine of cooking. (smile) Everyone was nice and the property was breathtaking. Dwight was patient, informative, funny and very kind. He was the best, you couldn't' have given us a better driver. Thanks for all of your help. You guys are the best, you helped make our family vacation unforgettable.  We would visit Golden Clouds again. The staff was great and Blossom is an excellent cook and overseer.  Yvette

Reg and Alan: We were spoiled. It was magic, an oasis, like stepping through the looking glass then living on a movie set for a week. Both the home and grounds were beautifully maintained. Blossom and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs. Each took great pride in his or her  jobs. It's been many years since ringing a little bell would automatically prepare the table for our next course.   We did  spend the major share of time in the pool, the beach and the Caribbean but it sure was nice to have Walter and a van to take us wherever we wanted to go.   If future customers need to be "spoiled rotten" for a week, tell them about Golden Clouds. Dear Reg,  We would like to thank everyone at Golden Clouds for a incredible vacation, also for making our Wedding so special. We could never of imagined something so wonderful. It was like a fairy tale wedding and vacation. The staff at Golden Clouds are some of the most wonderful people. They made our wedding and vacation something that you feel only happens to a person once in a lifetime. Reg, you were so helpful getting all the arrangements done for us. Blossom is a Godsend, along with Jackson and everyone of the staff. We will be back someday and will come back to Golden Clouds. Thank You !!!!!!!! Pauline and Shawn 

Hi Alan, I am just beginning to come down to earth after our wonderful stay at Golden Clouds. On behalf of my group we cannot begin to describe how fantastic a place it was. I know you hear over and over how wonderful everyone is, all of the staff, and our driver, too, but I must include my thanks to you for your prompt and professional service you provided, as well. One of our group mentioned that this one the first time that the pictures of a place really showed how nice the place was and did not look better than the facility. I agreed. Thanks again. I can’t wait until I can plan a repeat trip. As as aside, I did answer the phone one day while I was there alone and a young woman called to find out how she could reserve the villa for a wedding. I gave her your email address, i hope that was alright. I told her she could not have picked a better place for a wedding. Joyce

Dear Alan: Word cannot express how wonderful our vacation was at Golden Clouds. You said it was nice.  But you did not say it was heavenly. To anyone planning a trip to Jamaica, Golden Clouds is positively the place to go. Blossom is gem. Jackson's rum punch will give you a new prospective on relaxing. We've already contacted my navy seal brother and requested that he start a covert operation called "operation Blossom" . We are planning to storm the beach and take her away. Life has not been the same since we returned. I can't seem to eat anything since Blossom did not cook it! I now understand why there is an 80% return rate. We are trying to figure out when we can go next year. The staff is just fabulous. It was also absolutely the right thing to hire a driver and a van for the week. It makes everything so effortless. We had John Ashmead as our driver. He was both knowledgeable and protective. I took tennis lesson with Delroy who was fabulous and we took Roger and Ken out clubbing. Anything we needed miraculously appeared. We had the most amazing lobster and red snapper cooked by Blossom along with all of the rest of the delicacies she made. Our personal favorite was the lemon cream pie. We thought we had died and gone to heaven! Needless to say it been rough adjusting back to the mad pace of LA. We miss the staff... Thunder ,Rambo and Sophia and baby Kester and the kitties that showed up when the dinner bell rang and mostly Jamaica.

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help in making this an effortless vacation for us. We had a ball!!!!! Looking forward to booking our next visit. I do not want to tell too many people or the best kept secret in Jamaica will get out. Thanks again,  Lorene 

Alan,  Our Jamaica vacation was wonderful.  Everyone absolutely loved Golden Clouds and the entire staff.  They were all excellent.  Many people called it " Fantasy Island".  Our weather was fantastic.  It rained a little bit on 2 of the days but it didn't matter.  We went deep sea fishing and caught a 6' blue marlin.  We took Roger from Golden Clouds with us.  It was his first time ever to fish.  We also took him to Dunn's River Falls.  Many times we walked to the local bar and bought beers for the grounds guys (Roger, Ken, Yogi, and Vincent).  We also visited Jackson's farm across the street where he raises chickens for fighting and pigs.  All in all it was an incredible, authentic Jamaican experience.  I would recommend Golden Clouds very, very, highly to anyone considering a "fantasy" vacation.  It is truly Paradise Found and I'd love to return again. I also took a couple tennis lessons from Delroy.  He was a great instructor.  And we rented Jet Skis from Bailey.  He took us all around the coast and back into some beautiful rivers.  It was amazing !!!!  Thanks for all your tremendous help in planning the vacation.  I think your doing a great job with Practical Solutions and I plan on recommending you Highly to my friends.  Your relationship with Villa Car Rentals makes everything SO VERY easy it's amazing.  I recommend that all your future guests should pay for the villa and van rental to you in advance.  It's truly hassle free.
