Nestled in a tropical woodland garden next to the renowned Villa Lido and separated by a small stream, Malatai offers the perfect combination of seclusion, luxury and convenience. Just a few minutes drive away are two of the area's best known attractions: Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove, downtown Ocho Rios is just a 10-minute drive.

The public areas of the villa interior consist of a spacious living room which opens onto an expansive outdoor, covered verandah with comfortable cushioned seating. This outdoor verandah is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching the sunsets, or enjoying a cool drink.

Malatai has a wonderful air-conditioned family room with complimentary high-speed Internet access, printer and fax machine, 36” flat-screen television, surround-sound system with speakers throughout lower level and pool area, DVD’s and CD’s. There are also board games for adults and children.

Upstairs the villa has two Master Suites overlooking the sea; with king-size beds, balcony and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, Jacuzzi tubs and marble vanities. There is also a children's bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. The children's bedroom is furnished with 3 bunk beds, and is capable of sleeping 6 children. Downstairs are three bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds each, private balconies with sea views, and marble bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, and have ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with cable, telephones and safes.

- Two Master Suites  upstairs, each with 4-poster king beds, hardwood floors, telephones, flat-screen TV,en-suite full bathrooms with separate tubs and walk-in showers and balcony overlooking the pool and sea.
-Bedroom #3  downstairs, has two queen beds, silver Jerusalem Stone floors, telephone, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom and patio.
-Bedroom #4  downstairs, has two queen beds, silver Jerusalem Stone floors, telephone, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom and patio.
-Bedroom #5  downstairs, has two queen beds, silver Jerusalem Stone floors, telephone, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom and patio.
-Children's Room  upstairs has 3 bunk beds (6 single beds), hardwood floors, balcony and en-suite bathroom

The villa also comes with a well-equipped gym with sea views, for the more active guests. The Fitness Cottage is located in separate building just across the lawn. It is air-conditioned with treadmill, bench, 3 spinning exercise bikes, free weights, VCR, CD and exercise videos.

The exterior spaces with their tropical woodlands, gardens and gorgeous beach provide perfect setting for this magnificent villa. The back of the villa opens to a beautifully landscaped lawn with swimming pool, outdoor seating and dining areas, and the white sand Old Fort Bay beach. The cleverly constructed fence between the house and beach can be opened up to afford beach views from the house or pool; but can slide shut to provide privacy at night.

The professional staff of chef, butler, two housekeepers and gardener will attend to your every need, and pamper you with unobtrusive, but efficient service.
