The villa has a s pacious outdoor verandah and wet bar area with dining accommodations for up to ten with ocean views.

The living room has two large sofas and matching chairs, card table and book cases.  Seven Seas has a formal dining room for eight or more, with a large buffet. The glass doors of the dining room open wide to afford excellent ocean views.

Two-and-a-half acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with hardy and lush Zoysia grass lawns, perfect for the mini-golf course.  Coconut palms and assorted fruit trees grace the gardens.  Strategic accent lighting highlights the trees enhancing the magic of the Jamaican nights.

Four bedrooms, each with private bath. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, room air conditioners and king sized beds. The rooms are tastefully furnished with tropical furniture, art and window treatments.
