Sugar Bay is one of the jewels of Discovery Bay, a gorgeous 5-bedroom beach front villa designed and built by its present owners to capture the authentic style of a traditional Caribbean villa. Although built only in 1995, the quality of materials and workmanship recall a sadly lost construction era.

The main entrance leads into a spacious two-story living room with a curving sculpted staircase to a gallery hall, sitting/television area and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Continuing through the living room on the ground floor is a porch (30 x 20) with wet bar and dining area overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and Discovery Bay. The ground floor also has a formal living room (30 x 25), formal dining room (17 x 14), kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a powder room.

From the gazebo located on a rocky point beyond the private, sandy beach, the viewer is tempted in two directions: out to the blue waters of Discovery Bay and coastal mountains beyond, or back to the bougainvillea draped wall above the beach, and the gardens framing the classic beauty of Sugar Bay villas large swimming pool and spa. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis on a lighted tennis court, or kayaking in one of the 3 included with the property.
 
Bedroom Configuration:

-Master Bedroom  (25 x 20) upstairs, has a four poster king bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi, walk in shower and double vanity. The bedroom also has a sitting area and a balcony overlooking the gardens and bay.
-Bedroom #2  (15 x 12, irregular) upstairs, has a queen bed, full bathroom with bidet, television, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and bay.  
-Bedroom #3  (15 x 12) upstairs, has 2 twin four poster beds (king optional), full bathroom with bidet, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and bay.
-Bedroom #4  (14 x 12) downstairs, is beautifully furnished with a king bed, full bathroom with bidet and dressing room. French doors lead to a private porch and pool.
-Bedroom #5  (14 x 12) downstairs, is the “kids” room. Furnished with 2 double beds and television; it also has its own full bathroom.
 
Sugar Bay has a full staff including butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener.
