Dear Alan, We had a wonderful holiday with the staff in Sundown villa. The villa itself was perfect for the small children. They grew so much because of the atmosphere and the location and gained confidence in the water. Mollie Cleveland Donna and Mrs. Watkins were so consistently helpful and pleasant.  Thanks again. Hi Reg, We had a terrific week at Sundown. The staff, especially Valentino, the butler, was exceptional; word should get back to the owner that Valentino "made" the vacation for the entire crowd and is perhaps the best marketing tool he has to assure people return. The Villa exceeded my expectations and worked very well for a group of 14. The group is considering returning next year; I will call you when the decision is made. Tim

Dear Reg, Our vacation was fantastic! The staff was great! I really can't say enough. They were so eager to make us happy and help us with our every need. We had a party the last night and they helped me put all the details in place. The house is really beautiful. We went to look at some of the other villas and decided that we were very lucky to have the Sundown Villa. I just hope the price doesn't go up now. Its the perfect place for a family vacation. Irwin

Reg, Everything was great! Sundown villa was perfect for our family....it provided both privacy and comfortable gathering places. The beach and pool areas were well outfitted with water toys, and we used them all.  The staff is exceptional, we couldn't have enjoyed them more. Each one provided wonderful service with a warm and friendly demeanor. Molly prepared meals with a Jamaican flavor and taught us to appreciate the Scotch Bonnet pepper....even the children enjoyed the Jamaican cuisine as prepared by Molly and Donna. We became very fond of each member of the staff and would be hard pressed to find fault with anyone or anything. We were not prepared for the pleasure of being cared for but Molly and Cleveland (Steve) gently encouraged us to "let them take care of us" and it was wonderful!  It tickled me to watch Patrick "hover" on the beach each time our daughter took out the sailboat...he worried about her safe return....and would pace back and forth until she came back. He was very helpful and kind. Every morning, Cleveland managed to have the coffee brewed and ready for the early risers (about 5:30 am) and the villa organized for the day....when he did this I will never know....seemed like he was always available. AND he makes a perfect banana daiquiri. Security was never an issue..we felt very secure. Thank you for putting us with Denton our driver. Our family became very close to him because he is such a wonderful man. We learned from him, enjoyed his company and he made it possible for us to experience a lot of fun activities on the island. He is a treasure and a marvelous ambassador for Jamaica. There is nothing that I can suggest for improvement....and I would if I could. Thank you for your help....we felt fortunate to have worked through you and to have selected Sundown. Most sincerely, Jan
