Sweet Spot Villa sits on Runaway Bay's famous, mile long, white sand beach. If your idea of a vacation is intimate and relaxing, Sweet Spot is perfect. With your own private 20x40 ft. pool and spacious yet secluded lawns, you can get away from it all. Its remarkable location is the best of all worlds ... a private home with a front private patio and fountain, huge lawn and beach while just 200 yards from the first class resort, Breezes, for golf, tennis and more water sports. Sweet Spot was completely renovated in 2008 and now includes an air-conditioned gym complete with TV, DVD’s, treadmill, elliptical, spin cycle, balls and free weights.

Interiors at Sweet Spot are brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide from the living and dining room to the lovely ocean view. All bedrooms are air conditioned. However, you may wish to leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the beach. The exteriors are just as beautiful with a large lawn is trimmed in oleander, colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, banana trees and stately coconut palms. The lawn is a great playground for badminton, croquet and volleyball ... or merely napping in the hammock in the shade of the beautiful Golden Showers tree, noted for its cascading bunches of yellow flowers.

Beyond the lawn is the 10,000 square foot beach, clear water and excellent reef just 50' offshore. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are complimentary. An added bonus for golfers is the complimentary unlimited green fees at Breezes Runaway Bay golf course, within walking distance of the villa. As a special evening treat, the staff will plan a poolside barbecue, with chicken, ribs, chops, fish or lobster, or a nighttime bonfire on the beach.

Bedroom Accommodations:

-Bedroom 1  King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, bidet. French doors open to brick terrace, pool and lawn. This is the only downstairs bedroom. There is also a double day bed in the alcove off this downstairs bedroom.
-Bedrooms 2 & 3  King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous ocean view.
-Bedroom 4  Optional king or twin beds, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous ocean view.
-Bedrooms 5-6  King beds, private bathrooms with tub-shower combination. 5th bedroom has ocean view. 6th bedroom has golf course view. Both have access to a new air-conditioned study with stereo, television, computer and Internet access.

The villa is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeep, gardener and night security guard.
