When you enter the villa you are immediately struck by the wonderful, spacious living/dining room with Italian marble floor and 27 ft. conical ceiling. -Bedroom #3  located on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom
-Bedroom #4  located below the master bedroom on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and full en-suite bathroom, with separate tub and walk-in shower. The large picture window affords views of the pool and sea.

The property has a full staff of four, composed of cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.
