Surrounded by 50 acres of landscaped lawn, fruit trees, and lush, untouched tropical forest, Bolt House is nestled on a hill overlooking Port Maria's beautiful blue harbor. This is the view immortalized by Noel Coward in "Room with a View". Augmenting this secluded five-bedroom private home, is access to the world famous Golden Eye beach and lagoon.

The 5000 square foot villa on 50 acres, was recently extensively remodeled including all new bathrooms, infinity pool, new furnishing and electronics.

The 3 bedroom main house has a large living room opening to the terrace, pool and magical views of the Port Maria harbor and Blue Mountains. Dining can be in the candlelight formal indoor dining room or outside under the stars.

The house has all the latest electronic equipment including a stereo with an i-Pod connector and CD player (main living room) and plays out by the pool, the almond tree terrace and the yoga deck. There is also a comfortably furnished TV room complete with surround sound, full cable, DVD player and an Apple TV loaded with movies. There is wireless Internet throughout the villa.

Main House
The 3 bedrooms in the main house are large and airy:

-Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large bay window with a breathtaking sea view, air-conditioning, a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.
-Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has a view of the ocean, a king size bed, a walk-in closet, air-conditioning and a newly renovated bathroom.
-Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has a view of the garden, two full size beds, a walk-in closet, air-conditioning and a newly renovated bathroom.

Annex
The 2 bedrooms in the annex are smaller, rustic & very cozy.

-Bedroom 4 - queen size bed, air-conditioning, has its own bathroom and opens out to the TV room.
-Bedroom 5 - two double beds, a ceiling fan (no a/c), a bathroom attached and opens out to the TV room.

Outdoors there is an infinity edge swimming pool and hot tub, a wet and dry sauna and a yoga deck looking out to the ocean. Bolt House has the unexpected pleasure of full access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica at the Goldeneye Resort.

The terrace, in the shade of the almond trees, allows for casual dining during the day and a romantic dinner setting amidst the flicker of candles and torches, at night.

Bolt House is an exclusive property with full-time staff including butlers, maid service, gardeners and security guards, who are committed exclusively to Bolt House and ensure that guests' expectations or personal attention, and privacy are met. The owner's personal chef is renowned for her Jamaican as well as Continental cuisines. Veronica pays particular attention to cooking only with the freshest of ingredients, most of which are harvested daily on the Bolt House property. Here you will experience exquisite and delectable appetizers, savory entrees, decadent yet health conscious desserts, and a menu loaded with delicacies to suit every palate. We will also accommodate visitors who have unique dietary requirements. Meals may be served in the formal dining room or al fresco on the terrace by our friendly and well-trained butlers, Errol and Norris. There is a $60/day charge for 3 gourmet meals per day and unlimited beer/wine, soft drinks, fruits and snacks.
