Cottage Descriptions:

All cottages have living room, dining area, kitchen and air conditioned bedrooms with Queen beds. With all the 11 cottages there are a total of 18 bedrooms sleeping up to 36 people.

Cottage 1A, 1B and 1C - These are all 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small balcony.

Cottage 2 - This is an Adobe style cottage has 2 bedrooms and two baths.

Cottage 3 - This is 3 bedroom wooden cabin look cottage with 2 upstairs loft type bedrooms, wrap around balcony with pull down shades and swing chairs. The other bedroom is downstairs.

Cottage 4 - This is a Thai looking cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. At the front you have all fold back louvered hand made doors. The cottage has a beautiful open spaced living room with adobe styled couches and wonderful outdoor showers. Extra large kitchen.

Cottage 5 - This is 2 bedroom cottage with two bathrooms. This cottage has a large downstairs living room with an atrium and swing chair. The cottage has one loft bedroom and a bedroom downstairs. Large dining area with kitchen. Very popular two bedroom.

Cottage 6 Down - This is one cottage but with 2 units (known as 6 Down and 6 Up). The downstairs unit is one bedroom large honeymoon suite. It has a large king bed in the center, with a kitchen and living area all in one. The bathroom has a large roman type tub and great shower. Very airy and nice unit for 2 people.

Cottage 6 Up - is in this same structure but is upstairs. This unit has 2 bedrooms, high vaulted ceilings in the living room and two bathrooms.

Cottage 7- This cottage is next to the pool and has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen with outside nook for sitting. Also has a large hardwood deck which faces the pool with Adirondack chairs.

Cottage 8 - This cottage is above the pool. It is a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, small living room and a bathroom. It also has a very nice sized balcony overlooking the entire pool area. Very popular cottage.

Lagoon Cottages are located in the West End "Cliffs" area of Negril walking distance to restaurants and night life.

Rick’s Café (2 minutes walking)

Negril Light House (approx. 5 minutes drive)
Visitors who climb the steep 103 steps to the top of the 66 foot tower are rewarded with beautiful views of cliff-side Negril. 

Negril’s Seven-Mile Beach (approx. 10 minutes drive)
Enjoy seven miles of white sand beach with a variety of bars, restaurants and hang out spots.
