Tee Time Villa, completed in the Fall of 2007, is one of Montego Bays newest luxury villas. Tee Time is located in a new upscale development, Caribbean Heights, above the historically famous Rose Hall Great House. The villa is our only property on the new, Ritz Carlton White Witch golf course. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms Tee Time is spacious and elegant.

The villas soft contemporary feel is apparent as soon as you enter the front double doors into a large two story entrance. The two air conditioned living rooms adjoin one another. One is more for TV viewing with a 50 inch flat screen and the other is a relaxing area looking out to the pool and covered terrace.

A large private indoor dining room seats 10 comfortably. Large glass doors open the room up to the pool area and additional dining.

The villa has a spacious study which is equipped with high speed internet access and VOIP. Wi-Fi internet is available in all main rooms and on the veranda. The villa is located just off the 3rd tee of the White Witch course.

As you step outside, the large swimming pool and terrace are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. There is ample seating and lounging areas for guests and friends on the pool deck. Keep active with the poolside air conditioned gym. The gym is equipped with Bow flex elliptical, treadmill and free weights.

Bedroom Configuration:

Each bedroom features flat screen television, remote control air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs Bedrooms
-Bedroom 1 - Master Suite 650-square-foot suite, king bed, 42 inch TV, both whirlpool tub and separate shower. This bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
-Bedroom 2 - 300 square-foot king or twin bedroom, bath/shower combo, walk in closet, balcony overlooking the pool.
-Bedroom 3 - 200-square-foot king bedroom with bath/shower combo. This bedroom opens to balcony overlooking the garden.

Main Level Bedrooms
-Bedroom 4 - 200-square-foot king bedroom with bath/shower combination.
-Bedroom 5 - 400 square-foot king bedroom. This very private suite opens to a porch with table and chair. The private bathroom has a Kohler whirlpool bath and separate shower. The bedroom also has a 32 inch flat screen TV and walk in closet.

Tee Time has membership at the famous Doctor’s Cave Beach Club, a 15 minutes drive from the villa. At Doctor’s Cave guests will have access to the beach with its offshore reefs within swimming distance for snorkeling, access to the restaurants, bars, gym, sauna, games room, and lounge.

In case you were concerned that you might have to lift a finger to do anything except enjoy this wonderful spot, fear not; Tee Time ’s real highlight is the charming and experienced staff of five comprising a butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.
