• Jamaica High Season, December 15, 2012 to April 14, 2013 (excluding Christmas and New Years weeks)
• Jamaica Low Season, April 15, 2013 to December 14, 2013 (excluding Thanksgiving week)
• Lime Acre, Plantana, Rio Chico and Sundown High Season is Dec 15 - April 30
• Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week.
• Minimum stay is 4 nights during low season (summer) and 7 nights during high season (winter).  There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week.  Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge. Seven Seas requires one week stay.
• We will price a number of our villas for less than full occupancy.
• Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT), except for Bluefield's Bay Villa Resort, Moondance, Buccaneer, Silent Waters and Coral Cay.
• Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress)
• Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply (Currency Converter)
