From the entrance gardens trimmed with pink and yellow hibiscus to the furthest balconies, which seem to embrace the distant Caribbean Sea, Viviana’s spirit of intimacy and warmth is beautifully captured. Enter a quarter mile driveway, beautifully landscaped with tropical plants on all sides.
 
Cozy cushions in intense hues of blue, orange and yellow complement a spacious living room fitted with soft furnishings in white. Romantic, candlelit areas of the living room add to the sense of being in a very special place, while an unobtrusive underwater motif adds character to the room. 

Bedroom Configuration:

All bedrooms are air conditioned have private furnished balcony and bathrooms with rainfall showers, double basin granite and mahogany vanities, oversize mirrors and flat screen TV. While the two Master Bedrooms each come with adjoining office alcove and deep marble bathtub, all bedrooms are virtually identical and luxurious. Maximum occupancy is 6 bedrooms + extra beds is 17 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated as follows:
2 on open air balcony loft king bed (use powder room in entrance hall)
Add 3 twin beds to Games Room (use full bath across walkway)

Viviana is a great family villa and has 4 close by bedrooms on this level.

Lower Level
Downstairs are the second Master bedroom and nearby sixth bedroom, a good family combination. And around the corner is the Games Room with pool table, ping pong table, sitting alcove, 70 inch plasma TV and the option for three additional twin beds. A full bath with shower is just across the corridor. Perfect for children.

Wireless Internet is widely available throughout the villa, and there is a CD player available in the living room. The villa is also equipped with a newly constructed air conditioned gym. The gym has a treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, Universal weights, mats, free weights and flat screen TV.
 
The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi present the idyllic place for families and friends to spend time together while enjoying sunny days and the best of outdoor living. The pool ranges in depth from the entrance, which is very shallow, skid resistant and perfect from small children (1 foot) then to 3 feet and 5 feet in the deepest end. The deck overlooks the spectacular Caribbean Sea, and has an attractive casual dining area that is dressed up with a beautiful abstract tile mosaic. Elegant dinners are served in the formal dining room for the enjoyment of exotic Jamaican cuisine and traditional international favorites. To round out Viviana’s gracious picture, you will be infinitely satisfied with the attentive staff whose only aim is to please you.
