Hi Alan and Reg,

This was long in coming. I'm sorry for that. After Windsong I had a pretty hectic travel schedule and found myself in London. I wanted to wait until I had the time to write a proper email.

I can hardly put into words how AMAZING our Windsong vacation was. It was my first time putting together something like this, and you both made it so easy for me. THANK YOU!

Windsong was the perfect fit! I was a little worried about booking over the internet, but we were so pleasantly surprised that the pictures were representative, but just didn't really tell the story of how absolutely pleasant, serene and charming the place is. It was immaculate and incredibly beautiful. I cannot say enough about how beautiful that place is. We enjoyed it....the location, the views, the pool, the access to Round Hill Montego Bay...we took advantage of it all, and it was the perfect fit.! I'm Jamaican, and I didn't even realize that such bliss was possible on my 'little rock'. No more hotels for me or my friends!

Not only did the physical place surpass our needs and expectations, but the staff treated us so incredibly well. INCREDIBLY WELL. Luc's cooking was first rate! We were made to feel so welcome and well-taken care of from the first instance. The housekeeping and service was meticulous and warm.

Further, as you may know, Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ernesto was threatening to make a direct hit on the island during our stay. Thankfully it veered away at the last minute, but the villa staff and driver kept us thoroughly updated on the developments, how they would secure the villa, and let us know how we could be safe. Their professionalism and attentiveness was noteworthy.

The villa-time was so good that a number of my guests decided to extend their time with me on the island and we moved on to Negril, but not before they made me promise that 'Jamaica-villa-time' would be an annual retreat. We have terrific pictures and memories! Of course, you folks made it so seamless, that we'll just have to use Sunvillas again, and recommend you to anyone who asks about the incredible pictures we took.

The villa was an outstandingly well kept and extraordinarily satsifactory experience. The staff were both friendly and courteous, performing all their tasks with obvious expertise. Unlike most vacations that promise more than they actually deliver, with Windsong it was completely the opposite, where the website and the amenities described -- even the photographs -- barely did justice to the location, the accomodations and the vacation as a whole. I have wholeheartedly recommended the Sunvillas company to members of my family and will continue to sing its praises to anybody I know to be considering a Caribbean vacation in. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time in Jamaica and we really appreciate your efforts to make ensure we were in the perfect spot. Windsong is a beautiful house. Both the home and the mature gardens are immaculately maintained. Although there are 4 bedrooms, we found this house exceptionally designed for a couple alone--the lighting, the space, the number of quiet corners in which one could just be alone and meditate, or be together and enjoy the peace and quiet. For couples with children, it's a tossup between enjoying the luxury and the peace and quiet, and bringing the kids and letting them enjoy the pool, tennis court and Round Hill. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Lucy's meals were all delicious (and her key lime pie should win an award!). The rooms were kept in perfect condition, and when the rains came, the staff hurried to make sure no leaves would blow in through the open windows. Actually the wind and rain was quite beautiful...always over quickly and always followed by beautiful clear skies. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely use SunVillas for our next vacation in Jamaica, and recommend the company to our friends.
