Upon entering the upper level of the villa, guests will find a living room with polished mahogany floors, vibrant tropical furnishings, and a well-equipped mahogany wet bar. The room extends to a spacious veranda with seating for nine, overlooking the meticulously maintained gardens. Adjacent to the living room is a charming card room with wrought iron grilles.

The lower level features an additional sitting room with mahogany floors, leading to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. The villa's decor exudes a cheerful ambiance inspired by Bob Marley's famous motto, 'don't worry about a thing.'

Outdoor amenities include a large oval heated swimming pool surrounded by stone-clad pool decks that enjoy all-day sun exposure. A pergola with a dining area and grill offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining or casual gatherings. The lush gardens are adorned with mature trees, flowering shrubs, and expansive lawns.

Bedroom Configuration:

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has been newly furnished and features marble-tiled en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, boasting sea views and louvered doors that open fully. The third and fourth bedrooms on the lower level also offer lovely views of the gardens and ocean.

-Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom on the upper level includes a king-size bed, a luxurious bath with indoor and outdoor showers, a walk-in closet, and a sitting area.
-Bedroom 2 - Features two queen beds and an en-suite bath, ideal for small families or groups of friends.
-Bedroom 3 - The lower level master suite offers a king bed and an indoor and outdoor shower.
-Bedroom 4 - This lower level bedroom includes two twin beds and an en-suite bath. All bedrooms provide stunning views of the sea.

The villa has a full staff, including Butler, Chef, Housekeeper, Laundress, and Gardener.
